CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We get it... stuff happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an escape room booking, here's what you need to know:

Reschedule: To reschedule your reservation, please call (603)498-8997 or send an email to info@monkeymindescape.com.  We request that you reschedule your reservation to another date/time rather than cancel.

Cancellation: To cancel your reservation, please call (603)498-8997 or send an email to info@monkeymindescape.com.  We request that you reschedule your reservation to another date/time rather than cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a reservation will not be refunded, but the customer will be issued a credit to use for a future booking.
